Music Recommendations
So it’s been a busy few weeks and so many things have happened; but as we all do – we push on as hard as we can with our dreams, working hard in every free hour (not distracted by the tele) to realize the aspirations we want to bring into the world, the things we feel inspired to work on and finish.
Music is one of the things that helps me to do that – sometimes I have to work in quiet concentration, writing articles or creative writing; other times I need ambient music playing in the background just to keep me focused, if working on code for a website or laying down some design ideas with photoshop – music is so helpful just to help me while away the hours it can take to get work done.
Starseed VA
One of my discoveries online over the last week (played on repeat!) is Starseeds. Featuring a selection of artists – although I am really struggling to find out more information about this grouping, the youtube page does give track listings and links but they do seem to point to other creators online, my own searches online found a bandcamp page with very different music (so possibly not the same people). So please do contact me with additional info anyone who might know.
This album is going in my playlist though alongside all the albums I love for when I just need to zone into a creative space and find enjoyment in the passing minutes (design work can be quite laborious).
As I write this I am listening along through headphones tea in hand, makes me feel like I’m in my own little calm world a million miles away from all the crazy world going on outside. Thank god for music!
