Michelle Williams has expressed her upset over revelations she was paid much less than her male co-star for work reshooting All the Money in the World.
Why The Movie Scenes Were Re-Shot
The film hit headlines last year with it being delayed because of Kevin Spacey’s part being removed from the film. Many of the scenes with Spacey had to be re-shot with the actor Christopher Plummer taking his part.
But actors have expressed huge shock over the massive pay differences between male and female lead actors for the work done on scenes re-shot.
Actors Donate Salaries
The male lead character (Mark Wahlberg) was paid $1.5 Million while the female lead received only $1000 dollars!
Wahlberg has donated his salary while agency William Morris Endeavours which represents both actors, donated $500,000 from its fee.
