There are relevant points made here but it has to be mentioned the Yasser Arafat was someone who embraced the 2 state solution and the possibility of peace between the people.
Even the argument – Why isn’t Egypt also under fire for blocking their one crossing into Gaza – what they don’t mention is that Israel controls that crossing also and indeed is the main reason why lorries have been stacked waiting in Egypt, not allowed in with food.
